According to different production processes and equipment, jelly glue can be roughly classified as follows:
a. Gel glue for low-speed semi-automatic equipment: Glue for manual or semi-automatic machines. This type of glue has a slow drying speed. After the paper is glued, the glue is still sticky within 120 seconds and does not solidify. This allows enough time for manual work to complete its production. It is suitable for semi-automatic leather shell machines, pasting machines, laminating machines and manual mounting.
b. Gel glue for medium-speed leather shell machines: used for the production of various gift boxes, with fast curing speed and drying time of about 60 seconds. It is a common medium- and low-speed jelly glue. The glue can strengthen the hardness of the cardboard and has strong softness. It is suitable for semi-automatic leather shell machines, pasting machines, and pasting machines with heating equipment.
c. Gel glue for high-speed leather shell machines: suitable for the production of hardcover book covers. It has the characteristics of fast curing speed, high toughness, and strong foldability. The maximum speed can keep up with the machine of 60-80 per minute. It is suitable for the use of fully automatic high-speed leather shell machines.
d. Special gel glue for hardcover linkage line: The special spine gel glue for hardcover is specially configured for the spine of hardcover books. It has the characteristics of slow speed and strong toughness, and is suitable for three-gluing use in hardcover linkage line.
